Another early morning start in Sumner to catch a few rays.
After dropping Pam off at the physio I had about half an hour to grab the best light of the morning.
I noticed that the beach by the surf club had quite a pool of water reflecting the sunrise and (for now) there was absolutely no wind, so a quick setup and time to start shooting, the dead calm only lasted 5 min or so but I got a handful of decent shots.
350d, 10mm, f8, 1/50th, ISO 100
The next shot created quite a moody B&W:
350D, f8, 1/60 ISO 100
A switch to the 70-200 to focus more on the sunrise colour and an obliging gull:
350D, 70mm, f8, 1/500th
